Privacy
What we collect
- Parent account: first name, email, a securely hashed password, optional state or territory, and your consent choices.
- Child profiles: a nickname, year level, chosen subjects and any learning goals you write. We don't ask for surnames, birth dates or photos.
- Learning records you create: timetables, lesson plans, assignments, activity logs and practice-check results.
- Basic security logs (for example sign-ins and account changes). Rate limiting uses a one-way hash of your IP address.
What we don't do
- We don't sell personal information.
- We don't show advertising to children or use behavioural advertising.
- We don't make child profiles or family information public.
Marketing
Marketing emails from Success Tutoring are only sent if you separately opt in. You can change this at any time in your account settings. Marketing is directed to parents, never to children.
Analytics
If enabled, we use cookie-less, privacy-friendly analytics to count page visits. We don't use analytics inside the signed-in dashboard to profile families.
Your choices
- Download all your family's data as a file from Settings.
- Set a retention period so old activity records are removed automatically.
- Permanently delete your account and all associated child data from Settings.
AI features
Where AI features are enabled, we send only the question or lesson request needed to answer it โ not your children's profiles โ to our AI provider, and we record token usage to manage costs.
